hello, preggo.

i have to say, i feel great! everything is moving along smoothly (and rather quickly)! my body is ever-changing and ever-growing, but i'm trying to enjoy every bit. at night, my belly gets so big, i feel like it's gonna explode! i've been making sure to lather it with lots of creams & oils to prevent stretch marks as much as possible. i got them when i was pregnant with jules, at 37 weeks! so crazy that i went through (almost) the whole pregnancy, and then got them at the end. so, i'm currently using the basq products and LOVE them!! they are so soothing and don't leave you greasy. kinda leaves me feeling like i just left the spa. the prenatal massage was great, btw...but...because i've been so stressed with all that i have on my plate, the therapist worked really hard to get all of the knots/tension out of my shoulders, and then i was in pain all weekend! good stuff, though. i hope to go back another time or two before the baby comes. here's a little peek at the last few weeks.

the wee one is moving like mad. i love connecting with her when she kicks, flips & does cool baby tricks ;)! tomorrow, i'll be 23 weeks, wowza!! - meaning the baby will be the size of a large mango. all of its body parts and senses have developed, so now it's just uh-growin' like a weed. i am dying to see what she will look like and smell her. yes, i love how babies smell and can smell them all day long! we're about 90% sure on the first name, but we'll be keeping that a secret (and no, i'm not gonna cave with this one, haha). so many pretty names, though...it's so hard to choose!! the middle name i'm definitely uncertain about. if you have any unique baby name suggestions, shoot them my way! 

"oh hello, little sweetness!! you are just a little busy bee! momma has been running around like crazy, and you're just tagging along like a champ. you're full of energy, even when momma has no more...you just keep going, moving around like it's no one's business. i'm pretty sure you throw a party every time i eat because you just kick away (even before i finish my meals). i have a feeling you'll love to eat, just like daddy and me! you make me smile every day. i love you so good, sweet girl! xoxo"
